I say you the bestest (Video Games, Lana del Rey)

I posted this Lana del Rey song some time back. It's such a beautiful song, brought by this amazingly beautiful girl. She sounds so mature even though she's only 25. I think I found out today why I like it so much ; it's like it's written for Mr. C
In my life, all special people get a song tagged to them in my own little world. Kika, my best friend for example, get's the Living on a Dream song by Empire of the Sun. That's really her. My other friend Nancy get's a song by The Gossip, Heavy Cross ... So every time I hear some song (tagged by me to that person) - that always puts a smile on my face. I use to have a coworker that was fond of Soft Cell's Tainted Love. Now, for the rest of my days, he will be attached to that particular song. Am I crazy or do you guys do the exact same thing ?
Let me just leave you with the lyrics of the Video Games song. Will add some comment on why it's Mr C's song from now on ...

Swinging in the backyard
Pull up in your fast car (he's got a fast car, drives circuits like Zolder and stuff, bikes too)
Whistling my name

Open up a beer (Duvel)
And you say get over here
And play a video game

I'm in his favorite sun dress (when we go out I always dress especially for him, so he will watch and protect me)
Watching me get undressed
Take that body downtown

I say you the bestest (well, he just is ..)
Lean in for a big kiss (cause he likes women shorter than him and Mr C's quite tall compared to me)
Put his favorite perfume on (his perfume, Terre by Hermès long before any commercial on telly)
Go play a video game (we do have our favorite video games ..and still play them just to relax and let our hair down)
It's you, it's you, it's all for you
Everything I do
I tell you all the time
Heaven is a place on earth with you (it just is)
Tell me all the things you want to do
I heard that you like the bad girls (guess that's me, right ? We had a tough first year in our marriage, wasn't used to a man protecting me)
Honey, is that true?
It's better than I ever even knew
They say that the world was built for two
Only worth living if somebody is loving you
Baby now you do

Singing in the old bars (we like to hang out at bars or the bar .. we always have the best convo's at the bar..or fights)
Swinging with the old stars (Mr C is 11 years my senior :  he got a lot of musical influence by his parents which by the way, I love too. We sometimes drive in our car and sing along with older songs by Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, that kind of stuff)
Living for the fame

Kissing in the blue dark
Playing pool and wild darts (we play pool whenever there's a pooltable, and he always wins (or I let him believe that))
Video games

He holds me in his big arms (he's taller .. so)
Drunk and I am seeing stars (I'm a bad drinker 'cause I hardly ever drink but when I do ..I'm giggly and sweet)
This is all I think of

Watching all our friends fall
In and out of Old Paul's
This is my idea of fun (I like to hang out with friends specially when we explore new stuff and all)
Playing video games

It's you, it's you, it's all for you
Everything I do
I tell you all the time
Heaven is a place on earth with you
Tell me all the things you want to do (well, I'm trying)
I heard that you like the bad girls
Honey, is that true?
It's better than I ever even knew
They say that the world was built for two
Only worth living if somebody is loving you
Baby now you do

(Now you do)

It's you, it's you, it's all for you
Everything I do
I tell you all the time
Heaven is a place on earth with you
Tell me all the things you want to do
I heard that you like the bad girls
Honey, is that true?
It's better than I ever even knew
They say that the world was built for two
Only worth living if somebody is loving you (he told me this morning when I asked him to say something sweet to me, I was in the tub)
Baby now you do

You like potato and I like potahto, You like tomato and I like tomahto, Potato, potahto, tomato, tomahto! Let's call the whole thing off! (George Gershwin)
